A man had died in a second water tragedy in Donegal this week.
At around 2.30pm on Thursday, Killybegs Coast Guard were tasked by Malin Head Coast Guard to reports of a missing person at Malinmore.
After a short search, the missing person was located deceased.
Killybegs Coast Guard have thanked Rescue 118, the National Ambulance Service, An Garda Síochána and the locals who helped in the search.
They have also expressed their condolences to the deceased person’s family.
