Donegal farmers are set to benefit from almost €29.5 million under the Basic Income Support for Sustainability scheme.
A total of 7,701 farmers will begin to receive the payments from tomorrow.
Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Martin Heydon, says these payments are a critical element of family farm income and, also make a significant contribution to the wider rural economy.
