A man has been arrested in Co Tyrone in connection with the discovery of a suspected bomb in Co Louth last year.
A second man was arrested in Fermanagh yesterday, also as part of the investigation into the incident on June 9th 2024.
The men aged 44 and 49, have been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station for questioning.
Police say they continue to work alongside An Garda Síochána as the investigation continues.
To date, two men, both aged 44, have been charged in connection with the discovery of the suspected improvised explosive device.
