The Taoiseach has said he believes legislation to provide for the remediation of apartments affected by defective clocks and concrete will come before the Dail.
He was responding to Doneqal Deputy Charles Ward, who criticised the government for excluding apartments from the current scheme, even though apartments and multi-unit developments were expressly eligible in the previous scheme.
Deputy Ward told the Dail that this is discriminatory, and denies apartment owners their rights………
