A van has been seized in Falcarragh and the driver will now appear in court, charged with a number of offences.
Milford Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in the area yesterday when they came across a van that had no tax, CVRT test or insurance and the driver had no driving licence.
The van was subsequently seized and the driver will now appear in court.
Gardaí in Donegal are asking motorists to always ensure all paperwork and documents are fully in order before even considering taking to the roads.
