A post mortem will be carried out today on the body of a fisherman who went overboard off the coast of West Donegal this week.
The man in his 40s fell from a boat close to Arranmore Island on Tuesday.
He was taken to Sligo University Hospital where he later died.
Gardaí are investigating the death and say the results of the post mortem will determine the course of their investigation.
Separate investigations are also underway by the HSA and the Marine Casualty Investigation Board.
