Midlands-North-West MEP Ciaran Mullooly has criticised the decision by the European Parliament to refuse tabling a motion to request the opinion from the Court of Justice relating to the EU-Mercosur agreements.
Mr. Mullooly has called the move a political blockage dressed up as procedure.
