A drug driver has been arrested in Letterkenny after they were caught speeding yesterday.
Gardaí from the Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit detected a vehicle being driven in excess of the legal speed limit on the Dual Carriageway.
The car was stopped and the driver was arrested after testing positive for cocaine.
Gardaí are asking motorists to never take unnecessary and dangerous risks on the roads and never drive while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
