The National Lottery has confirmed that a Daily Million Plus prize of €500,000 has been claimed this week, just days before the final deadline.
The multi-draw ticket was bought at Ardara Filling Station on the Portnoo Road on Friday October 10th. and the prize was won on the 2pm draw on Sunday 12th.
Had it not been claimed by this coming Saturday, the money would have been lost.
