Enoch Burke returned to Wilson’s Hospital School this morning, a day after being released from Mountjoy Prison.
He had been jailed since late November for breaching a court order directing him not to trespass at the premises.
His release was ordered by the High Court on condition that he does not enter the grounds, as his legal case continues.
Speaking outside the school, he says he believes he should never have been sent to prison………
