A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged to court in Derry.
This is in connection with an incident reported to have occurred on Great James Street in the early hours of Wednesday morning, 14th January.
He has been charged with theft, common assault, and possession of a Class B controlled drug.
The man is expected before Derry Magistrates Court today, 16th January.
All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
