Derry City defeated Institute 3-0 in the annual pre-season Billy Kee Cup game at the Brandywell last night, with goals from Michael McColgan and two from Ben Doherty.
Meanwhile, they have also revealed their latest signing, Henry Rylah (pictured above), who joins on a season-long loan from Charlton Athletic.
Tomorrow, City take on league champions Shamrock Rovers in the traditional President’s Cup fixture which is played the week before the new season begins. Kick-off in Tallaght is 5.00 pm.
