The Department of Housing has announced that 9,089 new-build social homes were delivered in 2025, 140 of those in Donegal.
97 of these were delivered by Donegal County Council through: Rapid, Traditional, Turnkey, Regeneration, Traveller Accommodation and the Homeless Capital Programme.
36 were Approved Housing Bodies new-builds, while seven were Part V new-builds.
