Cllr Donal Mandy Kelly has called on Donegal County Council to hold a civic reception for jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle.
McMonagle, the 2025 Irish Champion Jockey, is also the overall Sports Star award winner.
The reception would honour and recognise all of his achievements to date.
