The Darkness Into Light walk in Portnoo has been cancelled.
Organisers say the decision was not taken lightly, but increasing commitments among committee members mean the event and future walks will not go ahead.
Since launching in 2020, the local walk has raised over €16,000 to support people struggling with their mental health.
Those already registered are being encouraged to take part in other Darkness Into Light walks.
There are events in Buncrana or the Twin Towns.
