The Dail has been told the rental situation in beyond desperate, with the lack of available properties to rent now threatening to further delay the defective concrete redress scheme.
Speaking on a Sinn Fein motion on evictions and rent hikes, Deputy Charles Ward said at the moment, there are 35 rental properties available in Donegal.
