A Foyle MLA has criticised the level of social housing delivered in the constituency.
Mark H. Durkan was speaking during Assembly question time this week, where he challenged Communities Minister Gordon Lyons over the delivery of just 18 social homes in Foyle last year.
Mr Durkan pointed out that more than 9,000 people are currently on the housing waiting list in the area.
He asked Minister Lyons whether he regarded the figure as a success:
