The draws were made on Wednesday evening for the Derry club championships.
In the top tier senior, the defending champions Newbridge were drawn to face Kilrea in round 1 with Slaughtneil and Magherafelt going toe to toe in one of the stand out ties.
A qualifying back door system will be used again for the losers in the opening two rounds.
Round 1 will be played on the last weekend in August with the final penciled in for October 25.
