Bundoran RNLI is again appealing to the public not to park in the yellow box outside its lifeboat station.
The crew says a number of vehicles were left there yesterday, blocking access to the RNLI Atlantic 85 lifeboat and a large Talus Bendy tractor.
A spokesperson says every second matters when someone is in the water and struggling to breathe.
