HIQA has published reports following inspections at two nursing homes in Donegal earlier this year.
There were 57 residents at Hillcrest House Nursing Home when it was inspected in February. One non-compliance was noted in the area of managing challenging behaviour, with the report outlining how new protocols and training have been introduced to address the issue.
No non-compliances were noted at Brindley Manor Nursing home when it was inspected in May, with 42 residents at the facility.
