A Milford based Cllr has raised concerns about the scale of Palliative care in Donegal.
At a recent meeting of the HSE’s Regional Health Forum, Cllr Declan Meehan highlighted that the specialist end of life care services in the county are being carried out on a five-day basis.
During weekends the care is carried out by other HSE staff including Public Health Nurses and Registered General Nurses alongside their duties during the week.
