Gardaí in Donegal have made an appeal for an owner to collect their cattle and sheep following an incident in the early hours of this morning.
Officers in Milford received a report in relation to a herd of Charolais cattle and a sheep that were on the road at the Y junction on the N56 at Procklish, Kimacrennan.
The animals were placed into a nearby field on the left side of the road at the turn off for Doon Well.
Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance to make the owner aware so they can arrange to collect the animals.
