Naomh Conaill have beaten Glenswilly 0-22 to 0-19 after extra time in the Donegal Senior Football Championship Semi-Final at Sean MacCumhaill Park this evening.
Glen led 0-10 to 0-06 at the break after an impressive opening period.
It was Darren McGinley’s side who led for most of the second-half as well but Naomh Conaill wouldn’t go away and eventually got back on level terms at 0-16 apiece to force extra-time.
Martin Regan’s reigning champions were stronger in extra-time and went on to win by three points.
The result means Naomh Conaill will play St. Eunan’s in the decider after their two-point win over Gaoth Dobhair last night.
Oisin Kelly and Brendan Kilcoyne were live on Highland at full time in Ballybofey today…
