An ICT company has been appointed to develop design concepts for the Walled City Public Realm and Lighting Project.
Tetra Tech have visited the Walled City site, alongside lighting consultancy teams from Spiers Major.
The project is aimed at enhancing public spaces and lighting within and around the city, and is one of several transformative regeneration initiatives being delivered through the Derry and Strabane City Deal and Inclusive Future Fund.
The public are advised that stakeholder engagement and public consultations are planned in the coming months to help shape the proposals and allow them to have an input on how we can enhance the Walled City’s public spaces, improve accessibility and the overall visitor experience.
