
Redundancies at Ulster University were in focus at the Stormont Assembly this week.
During questions to Stormont’s Economy Minister Dr. Caoimhe Archibald, SDLP MLA Sinead McLaughlin asked the Minister how redundancies be reconciled with a commitment to grow the University’s Magee Campus in Derry.
In April it was revealed the University planned to cut 450 jobs due to financial pressure.
