The Drumcree parade dispute returns to the High Court in Belfast today, as the Orange Order challenges a ban on marching along Portadown’s Garvaghy Road.
An emergency hearing on Saturday was adjourned until today, with a judge ruling it wasn’t sufficiently urgent.
Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Bryant imposed the ban on public safety grounds.
The DUP has condemned the decision, while Taoiseach Micheál Martin welcomed it and appealed for calm on both sides.
Meanwhile, Northern Ireland’s First Minister Michelle O’Neill and three other Stormont ministers are facing no-confidence motions.
They’re due to be debated later.
