The Peace Bridge in Derry will be closed this week, as feature lighting upgrade works take place.
The works will see the bridge’s existing fluorescent feature lighting upgraded to modern, energy-efficient LED technology, including a complete overhaul of the lighting on the spires.
During the closure, pedestrians and cyclists are asked to use the alternative route via the Craigavon Bridge.
Derry City and Strabane District Council is asking members of the public to cooperate fully with the temporary arrangements, follow all safety and diversion signage in place and allow additional time for journeys.
