A meeting today concerning the fire service in Donegal between the County Council and members of the Glenties Municipal District has been described as productive.
The meeting was requested by Cllr Micheál Choilm Mac Giolla Easbuig who has thanked the senior staff within the council for attending.
He has expressed repeated concern for the status of the fire service on both Arranmore and Tory islands.
