The defective concrete block grant portal has been restored, following an hour of downtime that left users unable to access the system.
The outage, which appeared to be linked to essential maintenance, had been reported to Donegal County Council.
The council says there was minimal disruption and a notification was placed on the Online Portal to inform applicants.
