O’Neill and McDonald arrive at police station for Drumcree interviews

The North’s First Minister and Sinn Fein’s president have arrived at a police station for an interview about their participation in an allegedly unlawful protest in Portadown.

The Drumcree parade was given the green light, but was blocked by mostly nationalist Garvaghy Road residents, leading to a 12-day stand-off.

It never went ahead.

Michelle O’Neill’s arrived at Musgrave Street police station, along with Mary Lou McDonald.
