CAKE, the Castlefinn and Killygordon Enterprise Company, says they have relocated a defibrillator to the outside of their building following a recent break-in.
A trailer had been stolen from their Killygordon premises shortly before 1 o’clock on Thursday morning.
Now CAKE says the lifesaving piece of equipment has to be moved to the outside wall for the security of the building, adding that while it is open, the AED will be accessible as normal.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal for information in relation to the theft of the trailer, with anyone with information being asked to get in touch with them.
