Donegal County Council is expected to consider draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws at its plenary meeting later this month.
An earlier draft was brought to a series of members’ workshops, with the updated document including more potential locations, amending proposed operating times, clarifying legal issues with the County solicitor and identifying enforcement mechanisms.
The Executive says it hopes to be able to bring the Draft Bye Laws to the November Council Meeting for consideration by the Elected Members.
