Donegal County Council has released its Christmas Road Safety Message urging motorists to ‘Never, Ever Drink and Drive’
A recent survey revealed that 1 in 10 motorists or 284,000 have admitted to consuming alcohol before driving in the past 12 months. Wile in 2015, 150 drivers under the influence were arrested each week.
