Nora Stapleton, one of the Donegal members on the Irish ladies rugby team was in Letterkenny this week were she took a training session with the u15 and u18 girls at Letterkenny Rugby Club.
The Fahan native is constantly promoting the sport in her role of Women & Girls Rugby Development Executive for the IRFU.
