Donegal start McGurk Cup with a win

Donegal had a 5 point win over Queen’s University in their first Conor McGurk Cup game today at Queen’s University Belfast.
1-20 v 1-15 was the final score in a thrilling game of hurling, that Donegal led by 9 points at half-time.
Donegal led by double figures in the second half, but Queen’s University brought it back to a 5 point game at the end.
In Section B of the competition earlier, Tyrone had a 2 point win over Ulster University, 1-22 v 2-17.
