Update: Man hospitalised after being rescued from water at Lifford Bridge

Gardaí say that a man has been taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment, after being removed from the water at the Lifford Bridge.

The incident occurred at approximately 2.20pm this afternoon, with traffic delays reported as a number of emergency services attended the scene.
