Work on a new housing development is set to begin in Dungloe.
45 new houses will be built on an existing site at Chapel Road, Dungloe and site clearance work is to commence imminently.
Detailed Design, tender, fire certification and disabled access certification preparation is ongoing while an archaeologist has been appointed to carry out investigation works on site during September 2022.
Asbestos survey has been tendered for the existing dwellings and the Quantity Surveying Consultant has been appointed.
Following completion of the detailed design of their respective specialisms, Stage 3 approval will be sought from the Department and construction of the housing development will be tendered in Quarter 1 2023.
