Dungloe are the new Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure Donegal Intermediate Football champions.
They proved to be too strong for Naomh Columba in the final at O’Donnell Park.
Leading by 0-4 to 0-1 at half-time, they eventually won by 1-8 to 0-4 with Darren Curran getting the goal.
Man of the match Daire Gallagher gave his reaction afterwards and was understandably upbeat about the success.
For Dungloe, this was a great win for a famous club with a proud history and captain Conor O’Donnell expressed this delight after the win.
