A number of solar panels have been smashed at the Donegal County Museum in Letterkenny.
A spokesperson for the museum says they are shocked and saddened to discover the vandalism of the panel which were installed to play a part in tackling climate change.
They added that they will get them repaired, despite the cost but that it is very sad to see.
