Gardaí in Donegal urging the public to not but items from door callers.
Reports were received yesterday in the Buncrana area of two men offering to sell power tools and generators.
They called on the homes of elderly people and visited retail parks.
Those who get such a caller is asked to take note of the vehicle and call Gardaí.
