Registered private tenancies in Ireland have increased by nearly twenty thousand in the last year.
New data from the Residential Tenancies Board shows the number of registered landlords has also risen by over 6,000 compared to last June.
However, many are questioning why numbers are increasing so rapidly in our current housing crisis.
