A 38-year-old man, arrested in Strabane yesterday, has been charged to court for assault on police.
He was arrested in the Railway Street area and is also facing charges of disorderly behaviour.
He is expected to appear before Strabane Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 25th September.
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old man who was arrested by detectives in Derry investigating an aggravated burglary in London Street yesterday has been released on bail to allow for further enquiries to be carried out.
