Orange wind warning issued for Donegal as Storm Bram approaches

A Status Orange wind warning has been issued for Donegal as Storm Bram prepares to make landfall.

The warning is valid tomorrow from 10am until 6pm, with Clare, Limerick, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo falling under the same warning.

Donegal County Council says there is the possibility of flooding in low-lying coastal areas, especially during high tide, wave overtopping, difficult travel conditions, debris and loose objects displaced.

They say outdoor events may also be impacted by the weather.
