47% of cars that underwent the NCT in Donegal last year passed on the first attempt.
A total of 58,271 vehicles were tested. 46% failed, with 4,457 failing dangerously.
Letterkenny carried out the highest number of tests at 26,742, followed by Donegal Town with almost 15,000.
Carndonagh hosted 9,635 tests, and nearly 7,000 vehicles were tested in Derrybeg.
