Residents in Derry are being asked to be on their guard against home heating oil thieves.
It’s after a number of incidents in the Bogside last week.
People are being encouraged to be observant.
If you see suspicious activity in laneways around a neighbour’s house, particularly if no one is home, do not hesitate to report it to police on 101.
