The average house price in Donegal has increased in the 12 months to November.
The F93 eircode area of Lifford, is ranked as having the third-lowest average house price in Ireland at €188,989, an annual increase of 6%.
The Donegal eircode region of F94 recorded an average house price of €221,816, a rise of 4%, making it the 15th lowest in the country.
Finally, Letterkenny, in the F92 region, had the 19th lowest average house price in Ireland at €232,809, which is 2% higher than in November 2024.
