Investigation launched after death of man in Tyrone road collision

An investigation has been launched in the North following the death of a man in a road collision in County Tyrone.

71 year old Gerard “Jock” Rafferty was killed after he was struck by a car on the Moor Road in Coalisland yesterday afternoon.

The PSNI say he died after a car crashed into a shop at around 12:20pm.

They’re asking anyone who witnessed the collision and has footage, to provide it and assist in the investigation.
