A vehicle has been seized by Gardaí in Ballybofey after the driver was found to have no licence or insurance.
The discovery was made while they were on patrol on Friday evening.
Court proceedings will now follow.
Gardaí are reminding people to never drive unless you are “legally permitted to do so”.
