INTO conference hears warnings that teachers could be balloted for industrial action

The INTO conference is hearing warnings that teachers could be balloted for industrial action over delays to local bargaining commitments.

The union says the Government must honour agreements on workload measures and additional supports.

Delegates say progress at school level has been too slow to address ongoing pressures on teachers.
