Metal Fabricator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks in line with technical drawings and fabrication requirements
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail
• Maintain plant and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety
• Organise and plan work to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Adhere to quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
• Report any defects or issues promptly for timely resolution
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar welding or fabrication role
• Proven ability to interpret and work from technical drawings
• Strong work ethic with pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
• Awareness of workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work under minimal supervision as well as within a team
